I took this course with Suzan today, a very enjoyable and informative one. My partner was really dreading going to a “puffing” course, but he wasn’t at all. It was a lighthearted and informative course with scientifically based information. Even my partner thought it was a good course afterward. Before this course, I was quite anxious about labor, but after this one, it feels much less daunting. Especially with all the tips given about relaxing and the different stages of labor explained, I felt very reassured. All in all, a very pleasant experience 🙂
